The business of HICOF is to improve the business of organic farming in Hawaii

Our mission is to enhance the business of Organic Farming, everything from seeds to soup, or as we like to think of it,  “From Farm to Fork.” To directly support and advocate for organic farmers, to conduct on-farm research and to promote our members’ certified organic products.

Why Organic?
Organic means crops were grown without the use of conventional pesticides or artificial fertilizers and that they were processed without ionizing radiation or food additives. There is evidence that organic farms are more sustainable and environmentally sound, among other benefts.
